Program Description |
|
The session will address security and risks associated with 3rd party vendor access to corporate data. Outsourcing and other business relationships increasingly require access to sensitive data on the company's network, raising concerns about legal risk, financial exposure, privacy and other information security issues. Mr. Haggerty will discuss the issues in general and talk about real world examples of how he tracks and rates vendors, including the use of periodic assessments to ensure these vendors understand Santander policies and procedures as well as compliance to various regulatory requirements of Gramm-Leach-Bliley and FFIEC guidelines. |
